All information you enter for membership will remain confidential. Only you can access and change all the information you provide while becoming a member. If you protect your member login information securely, others cannot access or change your information.
Delivery:
Orders you place on our website will be shipped on the same day. Please fill in your personal information completely so that we can reach you. Our company is not responsible for any disruptions caused by the cargo company. Our products can be delivered to every point in Turkey with the cargo company we have an agreement with.
Your orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Product shipments are not made on weekends. The cargo delivery period is 1-3 business days.
Warranty and return conditions:
Every product you purchase is under the warranty of the manufacturer.
You can write to info@mondoleoni.com with the reason to return your products.
You can return the product you purchased without opening/destroying/spoiling its packaging, without using the product, within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. Return the product with a petition or return form that includes the product invoice and your order number.
Open and check the packages that you think were damaged during shipment in front of the company representative you received them from. If there is any damage to the product, do not accept the product by having a report drawn up by the cargo company. Please remember that you have accepted that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty after the product is received.
Returns of products whose packaging has been opened, used, damaged, etc. are not accepted.
The customer is obliged to return the product in the same condition as when it was delivered to them and, if used, to compensate for the loss of commercial value of the product due to use.
If the customer returns the product or cancels the purchase, the product price will be refunded within ten (10) days from the moment the returned product reaches us. The product return fee to the credit card is made by your bank within 2-6 weeks. Our company has no savings during this period.
If any opening, deterioration, breakage, damage, tearing, use or other situations are detected in the product and its packaging and if the product cannot be returned in the same condition as when it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be accepted back and the price will not be refunded.
In cases where the above conditions are met, the shipping fee for returned products belongs to us.
Money transfer refunds will be made within 2 business days and Credit Card refunds will be made within 3 business days. Your bank may not reflect credit card refunds to your account on the same day. In this case, you need to call your bank's credit card service. After the "Cancelled" warning appears regarding your order, the entire amount is refunded to your credit card or the bank you made the transfer to. Refunds made in installment sales are reflected to your credit card by your bank as a plus balance every month.
