1 - Parties
a) Labonnia Tekstil Turizm San. Tic. Ltd. Şti., located at 15 Temmuz Mah. Gülbahar Cad. Nurol Park D Block. No: 45/7 İç Kapı No: 213 Bağcılar / İstanbul, which operates the mondoleoni.com website.
b) Internet user who is a member of the mondoleoni.com website ("Member")
2 - Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this Agreement is to determine the terms of use of the member from the website www. mondoleoni.com owned by Labonnia Tekstil Turizm San. Tic. Ltd. Şti.
3 - Subject of the Rights and Obligations of the Parties
3.1. The Member declares and undertakes that the personal and other information provided by him while becoming a member of the mondoleoni.com website is correct before the law, and that he will compensate Labonnia Tekstil Turizm San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. for all damages it may suffer due to the inaccuracy of this information.
3.2. The member cannot give the password given to him/her by Labonnia Tekstil Turizm San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. to other persons or organizations, the member has the right to use the password in question. For this reason, all responsibilities that may arise and all claims and demands that may be made against Labonnia Tekstil Turizm San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. by third parties or authorized authorities, Labonnia Tekstil Turizm San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. reserves all rights to claim compensation and other claims arising from such unauthorized use.
3.3. The member accepts and undertakes to comply with the provisions of the legal legislation and not to violate them while using the www.mondoleoni.com website. Otherwise, all legal and criminal liabilities that may arise will bind the member completely and exclusively.
3.4. The member cannot use the www.mondoleoni.com website in any way that disrupts public order, is against general morality, disturbs and harasses others, for an illegal purpose, or in a way that infringes the intellectual and copyrights of others. In addition, the member cannot engage in activities (spam, virus, trojan horse, etc.) and transactions that prevent or hinder others from using the services.
3.5. The ideas and thoughts declared, written and used by the members on the www.mondoleoni.com website are entirely the members' own personal opinions and bind the owner of the opinion. These opinions and thoughts have no relation or connection with Labonnia Tekstil Turizm San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. Labonnia Tekstil Turizm San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. has no responsibility for the damages that third parties may suffer due to the ideas and opinions expressed by the member and the damages that the member may suffer due to the ideas and opinions expressed by third parties.
3.6. Labonnia Tekstil Turizm San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. shall not be responsible for the reading of member data by unauthorized persons and damages that may occur to member software and data. The member shall not be liable for any damages that may be suffered due to the use of the www.mondoleoni.com website and shall not be liable for Labonnia Tekstil Turizm San. Tic. Ltd. The member has agreed in advance not to claim compensation from Şti.
3.7. The member has agreed not to access or use the software and data of other internet users without permission. Otherwise, the legal and penal liabilities arising from this shall be entirely the responsibility of the member.
3.8. The member who violates one or more of the articles listed in this membership agreement shall be personally and legally liable for this violation and shall exempt Labonnia Tekstil Turizm San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. from the legal and penal consequences of these violations. In addition; if the incident is brought to the legal field due to this violation, Labonnia Tekstil Turizm San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. reserves the right to claim compensation from the member for non-compliance with the membership agreement.
3.9. Labonnia Tekstil Turizm San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. has the right to unilaterally delete the member's membership and delete the customer's files, documents and information whenever necessary. The member accepts this disposition in advance. In this case, Labonnia Tekstil Turizm San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. has no responsibility.
3.10. The software and design of the www.mondoleoni.com website are owned by Labonnia Tekstil Turizm San. Tic. Ltd. Şti., and the copyright and/or other intellectual property rights related to them are protected by the relevant laws, and they cannot be used, acquired or changed by the member without permission. Other companies and products mentioned on this website are the trademarks of their owners and are also protected under intellectual property rights.
3.11. Some information such as the name of the Internet service provider and Internet Protocol (IP) address used to access the www.mondoleoni.com website by Labonnia Tekstil Turizm San. Tic. Ltd. Şti., the date and time the site was accessed, the pages accessed while on the site and the Internet address of the website that provides direct connection to the site may be collected for the purpose of improving and developing the www.mondoleoni.com website and/or within the framework of legal legislation.
3.12. Labonnia Tekstil Turizm San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. may use members' personal information in studies regarding the special preferences and interests of its users in order to provide better service to its users, improve its products and services, and facilitate the use of the site. Tic. Ltd. Şti. and all affiliated companies within the scope of the practices in force and/or to be put into force. The member, Labonnia Tekstil Turizm San. Tic. Ltd. The member declares and accepts that he/she allows the collection of personal and shopping information and shopping and/or consumer behavior information that he/she has provided in the past and/or will provide in the future while becoming a member of and/or through other means for the above-mentioned purposes. The member declares and accepts that he/she allows the collection of data, its use and archiving by all companies affiliated with Labonnia Tekstil Turizm San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. unless he/she notifies otherwise, even when his/her membership ends. The member declares and accepts that he/she allows all companies affiliated with Labonnia Tekstil Turizm San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. to contact him/her using communication channels such as internet, telephone, SMS, etc. unless he/she notifies otherwise. The member declares and accepts that he/she will not claim any direct and/or indirect material and/or moral negative and/or positive damages due to the collection, sharing, use, archiving and access to the above-mentioned information and that he/she will not hold the companies affiliated with Labonnia Tekstil Turizm San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. responsible. If the member wishes to change their data sharing preferences, they can forward this request to Labonnia Tekstil Turizm San. Tic. Ltd. Şti.’s customer service call centers.
3.14. Labonnia Tekstil Turizm San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. may disclose the member’s personal information when requested as a legal obligation or when it believes in good faith that it is necessary to (a) act in accordance with legal requirements or comply with legal processes served on Labonnia Tekstil Turizm San. Tic. Ltd. Şti.; (b) protect and defend the rights and property of Labonnia Tekstil Turizm San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. and the Labonnia Tekstil Turizm San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. website family.

Şti. or accepts and declares that all computer records belonging to the Company will be taken as the sole and exclusive evidence in accordance with Article 287 of the Civil Procedure Code and that the records in question constitute an evidence contract.
3.19. Labonnia Tekstil Turizm San. Tic. Ltd. Şti., in accordance with this membership agreement, has the authority to send information e-mails to its members' registered e-mail addresses and information SMSs to their mobile phones, and the member will be deemed to have accepted the sending of information e-mails to their e-mail addresses and information SMSs to their mobile phones by approving this membership agreement. If the member wishes to stop receiving e-mails and/or SMSs, they can cancel the sending of e-mails and/or SMSs from the Membership login page.
3.20. Termination of the contract This contract shall remain in force until the member cancels his/her membership or until his/her membership is cancelled by Labonnia Tekstil Turizm San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. If the member violates any provision of the membership contract, Labonnia Tekstil Turizm San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. may cancel the member's membership and terminate the contract unilaterally.
4. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized for dispute resolution regarding disputes related to this contract.
5. Enforcement The member's registration as a member means that the member has read all the articles in the membership contract and has accepted the articles in the membership contract. This contract has been concluded and entered into force mutually at the moment the member becomes a member.
